The 5th Congress of Pediatric Surgeons of Serbia

The Association of Pediatric Surgeons of Serbia organized the 5th Congress of Pediatric Surgeons of Serbia, this time with international participation, held from October 5th to 7th, 2023, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade.

The congress commenced with a pre-congress workshop titled "Neonatal Laparoscopic & Thoracoscopic Surgery Masterclass," led by Professor Dr. Amulya Saxena (Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS, London, United Kingdom).

With the presence and lectures of distinguished domestic and foreign speakers, including selected current topics for plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations, two roundtable discussions on the most significant challenges in pediatric surgery, and the pre-congress workshop, the Congress has become a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences in the field of pediatric surgery and pediatric medicine within the country and the region, in accordance with current international standards.
