Amplya - Second Treatment Conducted in Serbia at Aranđelovac General Hospital

During September, a professional and technical training session was held for the medical staff of Aranđelovac General Hospital, focusing on operating the Amplya device. Already on October 14th, in the intensive care unit of the surgical block, a successful in vivo treatment was conducted, marking the second treatment performed in the territory of the Republic of Serbia using the Amplya device.

Amplya represents the latest technology in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), manufactured by Bellco (Medtronic). Aranđelovac General Hospital received this top-of-the-line device as part of a donation from the Government of the United Arab Emirates to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia.
